Maintain the Quality and Environmental systems, ensuring they are compliant with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO14001 standards.

Manage teams of QC Supervisors and the HSE Team to ensure compliance to quality and company policies to legislation/OHS Act.

Ensure the re-certification of both ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards on an annual basis with external auditors, and all the requirements that go along with this.

To eliminate quality defects and minimize the environmental footprint.

Review and update process FMEA’s and control plans where required.

Responsible for all customer interaction and management regarding quality related issues, including any ICARS and Customer Complaints. This includes creating all ICARS and ensuring they are effectively closed out and the information fed back to the customer where required.

Manage all customer complaints from inception to closure making sure the customer walks away satisfied with the outcome, and that all corrective actions have been effectively implemented to ensure the complaint does not re-occur.

Manage all customer returns making sure the stock is correctly verified, graded, and processed by the Quality department. This includes having to go to customers on occasion to do a stock verification at their premises.

Prepare all documentation for any credits that might be due to customers making sure they are processed within latest 2 weeks of the complaint being received.

Ensure all external Quality concerns are effectively dealt with and robust countermeasures are put in place to prevent a recurrence.

Manage any external audits and ensure that we pass all our external audits.

Oversee and manage the Quality and Health and Safety department.

Create a team of individuals within the Quality Department to make a world class manufacturing plant.

Compile written Quality documentation (SOPs and Work Instructions) for New and existing Products.

Involved in Production and production plans related to vast array of products.

Raw material procurement and product development.

Lab research and development of products.

Packaging development for different products.

AUTOCad and Revit experience with 3D Modelling of Builtup HVAC Environments.
