My skills and broad range of experience (1986 TO DATE) ranging from desktop and network design, deployment and support, infrastructure and software procurement, implementation, maintenance and support, strategy, technology hype cycles, tender initiation, management and procurement, contract negotiation and implementation, (SLA’s) service level agreement initiation, negotiation and management, technologies (Voice over Internet Protocol, Radio Frequency Identification, Project Management and Physical Access Control Systems will be of benefit.

My last presentation to my former employer’s (Sappi Southern Africa) Project Preview Committee attended by company directors for an R 8 million access control system, was very well received to the degree that I was requested to accelerate the project and reduce the implementation of the 9 sites across the country from 3 to 2 years.

This combined with a project management methodology and/or system development life cycle, focusing on the manner in which technology and information technology as empowerment tool, adds value to business processes and the user community, will be of differentiating value.

On a high-level, the approach to problem management would be the identification of the problem from the available symptoms, a possible work-around, and designing and implementing the solution.
